BOMCO Automated Rig
The automated drilling rig launched by BOMCO successfully promotes the establishment of the standardized, specialized, mechanized and informational engineering service team, enables the field operation to be labor- less, simplified, low-intensity and low-cost. The 7000-meter (2000HP) automated drilling rig is equipped with a full set of automatic pipe handling system, direct-drive mud pump and rotary table, integrated power, air and hydraulic control system, and the optimized and specialized well site equipment, which substantially improves the working and living conditions of the drilling crew, reduces the cost and enhances the safety standard.

JJC Compact Wrench
The equipment applies unique designed extension arm, and optimized spinning wrench and torque wrench. It is more compact, smaller and lighter which is suitable for rigs with limited drill floor, such as trailer mounted rigs, and truck mounted rigs. AI machine vision and low-temperature upgrade packages are optional.
High Intelligence
Optional machine vision accessory package: Utilizes deep learning algorithms to intelligently identify drill bit joints, eliminating the need for manual joint location and enabling one-click fully automated operation, significantly increasing efficiency. Optional low-temperature accessory package: Intelligently senses ambient temperature and automatically performs preheating cycles, ensuring drillers are always in optimal condition in extremely cold environments.
Low Loss
The patented continuous chain rotary wrench effectively solves the problem of pipe damage caused by the rotary wrench mechanism. The patented punching wrench structure adopts the principle of quick-grip pipe wrench, adapts to different pipe sizes, and does not require changing the wrench teeth or tooth base within the pipe clamping range, minimizing damage to the pipe joints by the wrench teeth.
Long Lifespan
Utilizing innovative technology, this system combines quick-grip pipe wrenches and chain wrenches with elbow bionics for makeup, breakout, and turning drill pipe tools. This results in a rational operation method, simple structure, and high equipment reliability. Furthermore, upgraded high-strength jaws and turning chains extend the lifespan of consumable parts by over 50%.
