Product Description:
As horizontal triplex single-action plunger pumps, the cementing and fracturing pumps of TPI series are used in oilfield cementing and fracturing operations and can meet the requirements of SY/T 7015 Cementing and Fracturing Plunger Pump. These pumps are compact in structure and light in weight, saving space and costs, and can be arranged in a single-machine and single-pump layout, or in a symmetrically double-machine and double-pump layout. They can be mounted on a skid or a truck.

Small size, light weight, high pressure, and convenient for installation and transportation.
The gear reducer can be installed on the right or left side of the frame, with different installation angles optional on each side (16 installation positions in total), with a good matching ability.
By adopting a positive-skewed crank-link mechanism, the positive pressure of the crosshead on the guide plate is reduced by 25% and the reliability improved.

QPI series cementing and fracturing pump is a high-tech product independently developed by BOMCO for the exploitation of unconventional oil and gas resources, such as shale gas, coal bed methane. The product meets the requirements of SY/T 7086 standard, and has the characteristics of long stroke, low pumping and high reliability, which satisfies the localization replacement requirements of cementing and fracturing pumps.
Performance Features
The design of "long stroke and low impulse" is adopted in achieving superior comprehensive performance.
The unique positive-skewed crank-link mechanism reduces the risk of burns on the crosshead and surface of copper guide plate.
The bearing bush with large contact surface is adopted to improve the working reliability of the bearing bush.
The design life of main bearing and gear is increased to 3000 and 10000 hours respectively, and the overhaul cycle of fracturing pump is greatly extended.
The service life of vulnerable parts is greatly extended with the new long-life pump valve case.
