Drilling pumps of series F enjoy the right to use the API Spec 7K Monogram (certificate number: API 7K 0009), and as important equipment for oil and gas exploration and development, they can be used to deliver high-pressure drilling fluid to the bottom of the well to cool the drill bit and carry cuttings. Currently, triplex drilling pumps with a horsepower from 500 to 2200 are available.

Performance Features:

The power end eliminates axial force by adopting herringbone gear drive.

Alloy steel crankshaft.

Replaceable crosshead guide plate.

The frame is welded with steel plate and has high strength, good rigidity and light weight.

The packing of the pony rod is a double-layer sealing structure with good sealing.

The power end is lubricated by combining forced lubrication and splash lubrication.

Pump valves at the hydraulic end are arranged in “I” or “L” type.

Three cylinders of the same pump can be exchanged.
